- will you work on a cup i purchased outside of your shop? (by applying rhinestones, vinyl decals, etc)
unfortunately, i do not accept pieces that i have not selected myself to work on. the reason behind this decision is because of how certain materials may or may not work together (i.e. vinyls, adhesives). i wouldn't be able to guarantee that my materials would work with the cup you have, even if it *is* the cutest cup in the world!
- do you/can you use epoxy to seal your cups?
in my own research, i've found that the use of epoxy resin may be a potential harm to both myself and my customers. for this reason, i do not use epoxy resin on any of my cups. i feel like it's my personal responsibility to make sure what i'm sending you is first and foremost SAFE to drink out of/have close physical contact with you or your loved ones. the potential harm that epoxy resin could do to me, you, or anyone we love is not something i take lightly.

- can i pay you through venmo/cashapp?
at this time, i do not take payment through cashapp or venmo. i can only receive payments for products and services directly through my website for the time being. i will update you here and on instagram as things change with payments in the future!
- how do i wash my cup(s)?
by hand! and by hand only. gently, with warm water and any common household dish soap. scrub the inside of the cups however you'd like to get them clean- but to preserve the outside and the designs on each cup/rhinestone lid, always hand wash with love and let air dry. if you have any questions about how to do this, please message on instagram @xmothandmoon or email me bymothandmoon@gmail.com and i'd be happy to go over it with you.
- how long will it take to get my order?
as each piece is made to order, you can expect to wait at minimum two weeks time from the time we agree on your final choices (colors, fonts, elements, etc). the more items in your order, the longer it may have the potential to take. however, if it's going to take longer than two weeks, i'll be in contact with you and let you know as soon as possible. i appreciate your patience with me.
- how do i place a custom order?
contact me directly with any ideas you have, and we can go over cup options as well as vinyl color selections and elements you'd like to include on your item! (see also- "Custom Orders" page for further instruction!). i can't wait to work with you on a cup you love! :)
